Ever since we launched our HappyHoodie in 2020, it has been loved by our customers. And it is easy to understand why they have become so popular: once you put it on, you never want to take it off!

Wearing our HappyHoodie feels like getting a warm, comfortable hug! The exterior is made of super soft and cozy fleece, while the interior contains warm sherpa fleece. Soft like a sheep, but 100% vegan!

Sizes: The HappyHoodie comes in one size - massive! Even if you are 200 cm tall, it will feel like a giant sweater. If you are 160 cm tall, it will reach your knees. The length measured from top to bottom is 94 cm.

Care instructions: 100% polyester. Machine wash with similar colors at a maximum of 30° Celcius, inside out. Line dry.

Shipping costs 5.95 €. For purchases exceeding 79.95 €, free shipping is included!

We are EU-based, and ship all products from Denmark. You will not be charged VAT or any other hidden fees as long as you shop from within an EU-based country.

Once your parcel has been handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a tracking number complete with a delivery confirmation via email. This enables you to check the status of your order using the courier's tracking portal.

We pack and ship daily (Monday-Friday). Your order will typically arrive within 2-4 working days after it's been placed.

If you make an order containing an item marked "Pre-order", your entire order will be shipped together.

As our customer, it's important to us that you're 100% satisfied with your order. That's why we include a 100-day return policy with all orders!

3. Remember to return products within 100 days after receiving them.

If you have received a defect product, or have other complaints, fill out THIS FORM, and we will help you as soon as possible. 

NOTE: The handling time for returns can take up to 14 working days. Handling time for refunds is up to 10 working days after your return has been processed.
