The agreement between the customer and the seller consists of information that the seller has provided about the purchase through the online store (including, among other things, information about the nature, quantity, quality, other properties, price, and delivery conditions of the goods), or via any direct correspondence between the parties (e.g. email).
Only when we accept your order is a legally binding and valid contract formed. Acceptance of your order takes place via a declaration of acceptance which you will receive by email. Should we be unable to accept your order (e.g. your order is not in stock, there is an unexpected limitation of our resources for which we could not reasonably plan, or because we have identified an error in the price), we will inform you of this in writing. In that case, no contract will be formed, and we will refund any payment you have already made for the goods ordered.
We hope that you feel safe shopping with us. We never store payment information and only work with trusted payment companies such as PayPal, Stripe, and Klarna to handle payment transactions. The entire online store is SSL-encrypted for extra security. We who run SillySanta.com have no opportunity to see your card number or other sensitive information.
The seller can demand payment for the item directly after dispatch. All the prices on our website are the gross amount and include VAT but exclude shipping costs. You will be informed of the shipping costs and the total amount due before placing your order.
We accept payment via Visa or Mastercard, American Express and Klarna. You must pay for the goods before we ship them to you.
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment methods. Payment always goes directly to Klarna.
Invoice: Pay within 14 days. The payment period is 14 days from the shipping of the product.
Account: A Klarna account is a credit account provided by Klarna that allows the borrower to repay purchases every month by at least 1/24 (minimum 6.95 EUR) of the total amount used or in accordance with the approved terms.
Pay direct (automatic withdrawal from your bank account): Based on direct debit, your account will be charged within approximately two business days after the purchase is completed or the item has been shipped.
Bank transfer: Your account will be charged immediately after the order is placed.
PayPal: You can pay using your PayPal account or by card via PayPal if you don't have an account. PayPal is one of the world's leading online payment operators.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery time may take a little longer in periods of high traffic.
You will receive an SMS with confirmation that the package has been delivered. Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours on weekdays. Delivery time may take a little longer in periods of high traffic. However, we do our best to keep the delivery time as short as possible. As a result, we receive a lot of excellent feedback on fast delivery. All goods are sent directly from our warehouse in Denmark.
When our warehouse has packed your order and made it ready for dispatch, we will send you an update via email.
As a customer, you are obliged to monitor the status of your shipment. SillySanta.com is not responsible for issuing a notification about the arrival of your package. According to its system, DHL returns unclaimed parcels after 14 days.
If the delivery of the goods is delayed by an event beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to minimize the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be responsible for any delay caused by the event. But if there is a risk of a significant delay, you may contact us to terminate the contract and obtain a refund for goods you have paid for but not received.
If you fail to pick up the goods, refuse to receive them, or if the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect/missing labeling of the package or mailbox, the goods will be returned to us at your expense. A fee of 20 EUR will be deducted from the amount paid. Any remaining amount will be credited back to you through the same payment method you used when you made the purchase.
To avoid the item being sent incorrectly or not delivered by the mailman, it is important that you enter the correct name, address, and postal code when ordering. It is also important that the mailbox is marked with the same name as the order.

SillySanta.com always does its best to provide you with correct product information. SillySanta.com nevertheless reserves the right to display incorrect product descriptions. SillySanta.com also reserves the right that, for various reasons, stock may become unavailable.
7. 100 DAY RETURNS POLICY
Since we at SillySanta believe so much in our products, we offer a full 100-day returns policy. This is as opposed to the statutory right of return of 14 days. This gives you more time to decide if the product is for you. The 100-day returns policy is valid for 100 days from the date you received the package.
The refund will be made within 14 days after we have received your return.
8. RETURNS POLICY
We have a 100-day returns policy. Our goal is to always sort things out. So, if there is anything you are unhappy with or regret, simply contact our customer service team.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE
In the case of a return/exchange, the item must be sent back in the same condition as when you received it to obtain a full refund. All items must be returned in the original packaging, with all the tags attached, and without any odors or marks. The package label must accompany the return.
If you return a used item, we assess the item's value reduction and refund the item's used value. An item without the original packaging, tags, or with odors/marks will be considered used and the full amount will not be eligible for a refund.
In the case of a return/exchange, the cost is 5.95 EUR for the customer. This is deducted when we refund the return.
If you make use of the return policy within the deadline, you will get back the amount that you paid. The item must initially be returned to the seller before settlement takes place, even if we try to avoid this and incur unnecessary shipping costs for both parties. You must cover return costs yourself, unless the seller has breached the agreement or the seller has, in accordance with the agreement, delivered a replacement item because the ordered item was not available.
The customer can try or test the item in a proper way to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the item, without losing the right of return. If testing of the product goes beyond what is reasonable and necessary, the customer may be held responsible for any reduced value of the product.
The seller is obliged to repay the purchase price to the customer without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the seller receiving notification of the customer's decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The seller has the right to withhold payment until he has received the goods from the customer, or until the customer has provided documentation that the goods have been sent back.
When using the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned to the seller no later than 100 days from the notification of the use of the right of withdrawal being given. The customer covers the direct costs of returning the item unless otherwise agreed upon, or the seller has failed to state that the customer must cover the return costs. The seller cannot set a fee for the customer's use of the right of withdrawal.
9. FAULTS OR DEFECTS ON PRODUCTS
We do our best to deliver your goods completely error-free. Have you still received a product that does not match the description or a product that does not meet the expected standard? Contact us by email within a reasonable time of receiving your order, and we will help you! Do not forget to state what is wrong. For faster help, please send us a picture. We follow the Consumer Purchase Act, and any complaints that occur within two years of the date of purchase are processed in accordance with this. In other words, you can shop safely with us! If more than two years have passed since the purchase, you, as the customer, must prove that it is a manufacturing fault and not a user error.
