Shipping costs 7.95 €. For purchases exceeding 79.95 €, free shipping is included!

We are EU-based, and ship all products from Germany. You will not be charged VAT or any other hidden fees as long as you shop from within an EU-based country.

Once your parcel has been handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a tracking number complete with a delivery confirmation via email. This enables you to check the status of your order using the courier's tracking portal.

We pack and ship daily (Monday-Friday). Your order will typically arrive within 2-4 working days after it's been placed.

If you make an order containing an item marked "Pre-order", your entire order will be shipped together.
