As our customer, it's important to us that you're 100% satisfied with your order. That's why we include a 100-day return policy with all orders!

To return or exchange a product, please follow the instructions below.

Returns/Exchanges:

2. We will send you an email complete with a set of detailed instructions.
3. Remember to return products within 100 days after receiving them.

Product complaints:

If you have received a defect product, or have other complaints, fill out THIS FORM, and we will help you as soon as possible. 

NOTE: The handling time for returns can take up to 14 working days. Handling time for refunds is up to 10 working days after your return has been processed.
