    You are so kind when you buy products from us - we ship them as soon as we can. If you have any questions, you will get good answers. It is safe and easy to shop with us, and all our customers should be satisfied!

    The slightly longer terms

    Agreement

    The agreement between the buyer and seller consists of the information the seller provides about the purchase in the order solution in the online store (including information about the nature of the product, quantity, quality, other characteristics, price and delivery terms), any direct correspondence between the parties (eg. email) and these terms of purchase. In case of discrepancy in the information the seller has provided about the purchase in the order solution on the online store, in direct correspondence between the parties and in the terms of sale, direct correspondence between the parties and information given in the order solution before the terms of sale, as long as it does not contravene applicable laws.

    Prices and delivery costs

    All prices are quoted in EURO and include all taxes. Shipping is added to all orders with a value below the specified amount for free delivery.

    Delivery time

    Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours on weekdays. In some cases it may take 1-2 days extra. However, we do our utmost to keep the delivery time as short as possible and get very good feedback on fast delivery times. All items are shipped directly from our warehouse. 

    Once our warehouse has packed your order and it is ready for shipping, we will send you an email update.

    Payment and safety

    SillySanta.com has been operating since 2017, and we hope you feel it is safe to shop with us. We never store payment information with us, but use leading companies such as PayPal, Stripe and Klarna to handle payment transactions. The entire online store is SSL encrypted for added security. We who run SillySanta.com have no way of accessing your card number or other sensitive information. 

    Card payment

    Our card solution is supplied by Stripe and meets the most stringent security requirements. When you enter your card number, this is done on Stripe's secure server. This means that none of us who work at Jultrojbutiken.se can see your card number. It is just as safe to use cards with us as in any store or restaurant. 

    PayPal

    You can pay through your PayPal account or pay by card through PayPal if you do not have an account. PayPal is one of the world's leading online payment operators.

    Klarnas payment options

    Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where payment is made directly to Klarna:

    Pay within 14 days: The payment period is 14 days from the shipping of the goods. The conditions for paying within 14 days can be found here.

    Account: Klarna Account is an account credit provided by Klarna that allows the borrower to repay his purchases every month by at least 1/24 (minimum SEK 50) of the total amount used or in accordance with the approved terms. For more information about Klarna account, including general terms and standardized European consumer credit information, go here.

    Pay direct: automatic withdrawal from your bank account: based on direct debit and your account will be charged approximately two business days after the purchase is completed or the item is shipped. The terms for using direct debit can be found here.

    Bank transfer: Your account will be charged immediately after the order is placed.

    In order to offer the various payment options, we must share your personal, contact and order information with the provider of the respective payment service. We recommend that you read our privacy policy.

    The use of this information is regulated in accordance with the applicable data protection law and Klarna's privacy policy.

    Faults or defects on items

    If you believe that you have received the wrong product or a product with defects, please contact us at hello@sillysanta.com. Give a brief description of what's wrong, and if you have the opportunity, attach a photo. We will do our best to respond to you within 24 hours. 

    Exchange and return of goods

    You have an 14 day unconditional right of return. Our goal is to always fix all issues, so if you are dissatisfied or have a regret - get in touch!

    Here is some info: We appreciate it if you return goods in it`s original packaging. Although the product is not used, it is difficult for us to sell goods without packaging. As we see it, you do not need to use the right of return, just contact hello@sillysanta.com and we will arrange it as easily as possible for you!

    Upon return and exchange, a charge of 4,95 EUR will be added.

    Packages that are not picked up at the delivery point

    You have 14 days to pick up your package. If the package is not picked up and sent back to us, a fee of 20 EUR will be deducted to cover part of our costs related to shipping, return handling and administration. 

    NOTE: In order to prevent the goods from being sent to wrong address or not delivered at all, it is important that you enter the correct name, address and postal code when ordering. It is also important that the mailbox is marked with the same name as on the order.

    Personal information

    The information we receive when you register is used only for product distribution and to send you information from the online store. We only process the personal information you provide to us, which is necessary for us to fulfill our obligations to you, and you are entitled, upon request, to be informed of what information we have registered about you, and to request that information will be deleted. We will never resell mailing lists or other information to third parties. We reserve the right to reject orders. All personal information must match (phone number, name and address) in order for the order to be approved. Conscious offenses such as false orders, attempted fraud, forgery or other criminal activity will be reported to the police.
