At SillySanta, we appreciate your business. As such, we endeavor to ship all orders in a timely manner. It is our mission to ensure that your experience with us is always safe, quick, and effective. Should you have any questions, please, don't hesitate to contact us.

Agreement

The agreement between the buyer and seller is based upon the information the seller provides about the purchase to the online store (including information about the nature of the product, quantity, quality, and other characteristics including price and delivery terms), any direct correspondence between parties (eg. email), and the terms of purchase. In the case of a discrepancy relating to the information the seller has provided about the purchase while in direct correspondence between parties, or in the terms of sale, direct correspondence between the parties and information given in the order solution before the terms of sale, as long as it does not contravene applicable laws.

Prices and delivery costs

All prices are quoted in Euros and include all taxes. Shipping is added to all orders and is specified below the option for free delivery.

Delivery time

Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours on weekdays. Under some circumstances, shipping may take 1-2 days extra. However, we do our utmost to keep delivery times as short as possible. As a result, we have a great track-record complete with feedback and multiple testimonies praising our fast delivery times.

All items are shipped directly from our warehouse. Once orders are packaged and ready for shipping, we immediately send the receiver a notification via email.

Payment and safety

SillySanta.com has been in operation since 2017. As your safety is important to us, we always strive to make your experience with us as safe as possible. As a result, we never store payment information and only work closely with trusted payment companies such as PayPal, Stripe, and Klarna. Our entire online store is SSL-encrypted for addition security. No one affiliated with SillySanta.com  has access to card numbers or other sensitive information. 

Card payment

Our card solution is supplied by Stripe and is in-line with the most stringent security requirements. Every time a customer enters their card number, they are doing so directly on Stripe's secure server. In other words, no one affiliated with Jultrojbutiken.se sees card numbers. Using your credit card with us is just as safe as in any store or restaurant. 

PayPal

You may pay through your PayPal account, or by card via PayPal, if you do not have an account. PayPal is one of the world's leading online payment operators.

Klarna's payment options

Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where payment is made directly to Klarna:

Pay within 14 days: The payment period is 14 days from the shipping of the product. The conditions for paying within 14 days can be found below.

Account: A Klarna account is a credit account provided by Klarna that allows the borrower to repay purchases every month by at least 1/24 (minimum SEK 50) of the total amount used or in accordance with the approved terms. For more information about Klarna accounts, including general terms and standardized European consumer credit information, click here.

Pay direct — automatic withdrawal from your bank account: Based on direct debit, your account will be charged within approximately two business days after the purchase is completed or the item has been shipped. The terms for using direct debit can be found here.

Bank transfer: Your account will be charged immediately after the order is placed.

In order to offer the above payment options, we must share your personal information, contact, and order information with the provider of the respective payment service. We recommend that you read our privacy policy.

The use of this information is regulated in accordance with the applicable data protection law and Klarna's privacy policy.

Faults or defects on products

If you believe that you have received the wrong product or a product that is defective, please contact us at hi@sillysanta.com. Give a brief description of what's wrong, and if possible, please attach a photo. As always, we'll do our best to respond within 24 hours. 

Exchange and return of goods

You have a 14 day unconditional right of return. As our mission it to provide top-notch service, if you are dissatisfied, don't hesitate to get in touch!

Here is some info: Whenever possible, please return goods in their original packaging. Although the product has not been used, nevertheless, it's difficult for us to re-sell goods without original packaging. As we see it, you do not need to use the right of return, simply contact hello@sillysanta.com and we'll take care of everything for you!

Upon return and exchange, a charge of 5.95 EUR will be added.

Packages that are not picked up at the delivery point

You have 14 days to pick up your package. If a package is not picked up and is sent back to us, a fee of 20 EUR will be deducted to cover part of our cost related to shipping, return handling, and administration. 

NOTE: In order to prevent orders from being sent to the wrong address (or not delivered at all) it is paramount that you enter the correct name, address, and postal code when ordering. It is also important that the mailbox is marked with the same name as the order.

Personal information

Your registration information is only used for product distribution and to send you information regarding the online store. We only process the personal information you provide to us that is necessary to fulfill our obligation to you. You are entitled, upon request, to be informed of what information we have registered about you and to request that your information be deleted. We will never resell mailing lists or other information to third-parties.

We reserve the right to reject orders. All personal information must match (phone number, name, and address) for the order to be approved. Conscious offenses such as false orders, attempted fraud, forgery, or other criminal activity will be reported to the police.
